After over 20 years of high level production, sales and management in the retail and wholesale clothing businesses, Greg Hunter brought his highly-skilled negotiation, marketing and sales abilities to the real estate business in the Roaring Fork Valley. Known for his uncompromising commitment to the ethical practice of real estate, his creative approach to making deals happen, his attention to detail, and his tireless work ethic, Greg is a well-respected member of the Roaring Fork Valley real estate community. With 15 years of experience, over 150 million in sales and an average of over 30 deals a year, Greg has the experience and know-how to get a buyer and seller to the closing table.

Greg is a member of the arbitration committee of the Aspen Board of Realtors, which requires advanced real estate education and helps realtors resolve disputes internally. He is also an active member of the Rotary Club of Aspen, where he is in charge of marketing for the Ducky Derby, the Rotary Club’s largest annual fundraiser and one of the biggest sources of donations for the Aspen Valley Ski Club and other youth organizations in the valley. Greg raised two successful children in the beauty of the Roaring Fork Valley, and now he and his wife balance work with the unlimited outdoor possibilities here, including skiing, snowboarding, golf, hiking and appreciating mother nature.
